PIXELWAVE / INFORMATION

Advertising and creator disclosures

Understand what a listing represents, how the collection is presented and what must be agreed for a collaboration.

Updated 14 October 2026

Source and status of profiles

The catalogue contains public Collabstr profile information, source images, services, prices and available portfolio links. The observation date is displayed on the collection and profiles.

Creator accounts have not been transferred to Pixelwave. Display of a profile is not a claim of exclusive representation, employment, account verification by Pixelwave or a confirmed booking agreement. Availability and participation must be checked before booking.

Followers, prices and media

Social account links and publicly listed platform follower figures are shown where available. Counts may be rounded or change. Not public means the source does not disclose the value; it is not a zero-follower claim.

Prices reflect source-listed individual packages and may change. Additional platform fees, Pixelwave fees, taxes and usage rights are confirmed separately. Portfolio media illustrates a creator’s work, not a campaign result guaranteed to your brand.

Editorial selection and search

The default editorial selection is manually curated, including profile photography and presentation. It is not a claim that those profiles have the highest performance or that their placement was purchased.

Search and filters use profile names, social usernames, location, service descriptions, platform, listed prices and publicly available follower figures. Price and follower sorting use the corresponding source values; absent follower data is not eligible for a minimum-follower filter.

Campaign responsibilities

Before a collaboration, agree the deliverables, posting or file delivery, disclosure requirements, review rounds, usage licence, exclusivity, schedule and cancellation terms. Sponsorship disclosure obligations depend on the audience, jurisdiction and platform.

Brands must provide accurate claims and lawful materials. Do not request concealed sponsorship, misleading endorsements, unlawful targeting, intellectual property infringement or fabricated results. Questions or corrections about a listing can be sent through Contact information.
