Digital delivery and confirmation
Each proposal confirms the service, deliverables, milestones, expected dates, approvals and reporting arrangements before booking. A website selection alone does not start delivery.
Advertising may require brand assets, account permissions, platform approval and cleared funding. Creator work may require a brief, product availability, scheduling and content approval. Any physical product shipment to a creator must be arranged and documented separately.
Review, publication and usage
Review rounds, who approves content, whether content is posted on a creator account or delivered as a file, and the duration and territory of usage rights must be agreed in writing.
Publication depends on the relevant platform’s policies. A delivery schedule is confirmed for the particular engagement; the website does not promise the same turnaround time for every service.
Delays and changes
If required information or approval is delayed, the schedule may need to change. Tell us promptly about launch deadlines and changes to the brief.
If we become aware of a significant delay or unavailable provider, we will discuss the revised plan. A replacement or material scope change requires agreement. For an undelivered or cancelled service, refer to our Refund and cancellation policy.
