Information we process

For signed-in applications, we receive the verified identity, account identifier and email supplied through ChatGPT Sites, together with the name, company, website, country, expected budget and goals you submit.

Campaign requests include your title, instructions, chosen services and advertising brief. Contact requests include your name, email, topic, message, consent and request reference. Avoid providing sensitive information that is not necessary.

Purpose and access

We use this information to verify and review brand applications, prepare proposals, answer support or privacy enquiries, manage campaign requests, prevent abuse and maintain relevant business records.

Authorised Pixelwave administrators can access submitted applications, campaign requests and contact messages. A submitted contact message is not published as a review or public comment.

Local preferences and cookies

Saved creators, campaign selections and unsent advertising drafts are stored locally in your browser. They are separate from records submitted to the server. Clearing local storage removes these local preferences but does not delete submitted requests.

Authentication and hosting providers may use necessary cookies and operational records. This application does not install advertising pixels or optional analytics trackers. Read our Cookie and local storage policy for details.

Providers and external media

The site uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting and identity verification, and Cloudflare-backed storage for submitted records. These providers process information needed to operate their services.

Creator images and portfolios may load from the original media provider. Your browser may transmit technical information such as your IP address and browser headers to that provider. Following a source or social account link brings you to a third party with its own privacy policy.

If a campaign requires sharing brand contacts or instructions with a creator or media provider, the purpose and necessary information will be addressed as part of arranging that engagement. We do not sell contact form messages or brand application records.

Retention and security

We retain submitted records as needed to handle the request, maintain an ongoing business relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations or resolve disputes. We assess deletion requests against these purposes and explain any retention we need to maintain.

Server records are access-controlled and reviewed through the owner administration interface. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; do not submit passwords, payment card details or credentials through an enquiry form.

Your requests and choices

Use Contact information and select Privacy request to ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy of information or to withdraw consent where relevant. Include the reference of the record you want us to locate. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records.

Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an unresolved transaction. We will explain the outcome of your request.

Children and international use

Brand accounts and contact forms are intended for adults acting for businesses. Do not submit a child’s personal information through this platform.

Our company is based in India and service providers may process information in other locations. Applicable privacy rights and mandatory requirements remain relevant to your situation.
