PIXELWAVE / INFORMATION

Terms and conditions

These terms explain use of the Pixelwave platform. A confirmed campaign also has its own written scope and commercial terms.

Updated 14 October 2026

Who operates the service

PIXELWAVE PRIVATE LIMITED, at 2nd Floor, 2271/39, Waves Building, Palarivattom, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala, India, 682025, operates this website. GSTIN: 32AARCP3668B1ZD.

Use the site only if you are at least 18 and, when representing a business, authorised to act for it. The platform is designed for brand and business enquiries.

Applications and accounts

Identity verification through ChatGPT Sites does not grant brand membership. Pixelwave reviews applications and may approve, decline or suspend access where appropriate.

Provide accurate business details, protect your sign-in access and report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate a brand, attempt to access another user’s records or use the platform for unlawful or misleading campaigns.

Requests, quotations and booking

Creator selections and advertising briefs are requests for review or quotation. Sending a request does not reserve a creator, launch an advertisement, charge a payment or conclude a campaign agreement.

A booking is confirmed only after the scope, availability, deliverables, price, fees, taxes, schedule, usage rights and cancellation conditions have been agreed in writing and any agreed payment requirement has been met. The campaign agreement takes priority for campaign-specific details, subject to mandatory law.

Prices and third-party services

Displayed creator prices are source-listed package prices in USD, observed on the date shown. Pixelwave fees, source platform fees, taxes, conversion costs and optional extras are not included unless expressly stated. Final payable amounts are confirmed before booking.

Creator profiles and media originate from public Collabstr listings. A listing does not establish that a creator is a Pixelwave employee, exclusive partner or registered member. Third-party websites and advertising platforms have their own terms.

Content and permissions

You must have permission to provide the brand assets, statements, products and instructions used in a campaign. Tell us about relevant industry restrictions and substantiation requirements.

A creator’s profile or portfolio may not be copied, reused in advertisements or downloaded for commercial reuse merely because it is visible here. Content ownership, licensed territory, duration, paid-media rights and revisions must be agreed for each engagement.

Changes, outcomes and interruptions

Changes to approved scope, additional revisions, new markets or usage rights may affect cost and timing. We will confirm material changes before proceeding.

We do not promise a particular level of reach, sales, leads or engagement unless a written campaign agreement says so. We may pause a campaign that breaches applicable law, platform rules or third-party rights and will communicate relevant consequences.

Disputes and applicable rights

Contact Pixelwave first with the relevant reference and the issue you want resolved. Refunds and cancellations are addressed in our Refund and cancellation policy.

Indian law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to your situation. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Campaign-specific dispute arrangements must be set out in the written agreement.

Policy updates

We may update website policies and show the updated date. Material changes affecting an existing booking will be handled under the agreement and applicable requirements rather than silently rewriting a confirmed scope.
